WAGE RANGE: $61.298 PER HOUR
The position is compensated according to an established wage grid, with progression through the steps occurring in accordance with applicable policies until reaching the maximum of the salary range.
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Strategy and ePMO team is seeking a highly effective and results-driven Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in project and change management. This individual thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and fosters strong collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes. This is a high-impact role ideal for a professional passionate about advancing transformational initiatives across the organization.
Leveraging extensive experience in program, project, and change management, you will lead the delivery of complex clinical, technology, and digital transformation initiatives. These projects are central to advancing Niagara Health's strategic priorities, strengthening operational sustainability and enhancing how care is delivered. Your Role: Reporting to the Manager of the ePMO, you will be accountable for project managing large-scale, high priority and/or complex projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on schedule and budget to fully achieve intended outcomes. You will work in collaboration with other ePMO team members that include project managers, project coordinators and change management specialists.

Key responsibilities include
o Lead the planning and delivery of assigned program/projects
o Leverage Niagara Health's project and change management frameworks, tools and templates to ensure a standardized approach -covering scope, budget, schedule, resourcing, risk, issue management, status reporting, and sustainability planning
o Monitor all program/project deliverables to ensure milestones are met and proactively address any issues or risks
o Establish regular meeting cadence with project teams to review project plans and ensure project is on track
o Establish positive relationships with organizational leaders and physicians
o Establish project scorecards including key performance indicators (KPIs) to continually monitor program and/or project performance
o Collaborate with other organizational departments as it relates to project deliverables and activities
o Educate and coach project teams on established standardized project management methodologies and processes to provide direction on assigned tasks or projects
o Act as an Ambassador for ePMO to promote project practices, provide education and coaching to build capacity in organization
o Stay informed on other organizational projects and initiatives that may influence project success and/or dependencies
o Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external interested and affected parties, including IT leadership, Senior Leadership Team, and external partners
Key Skills and Experience
o Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to align project work with team and organizational priorities
o Ability to work confidently and effectively both independently and within a multi-disciplinary project team
o Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and drive results
o Proven ability to form and maintain positive working relationships
o Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation
o Comfortable working effectively in ambiguity and adapting to change and uncertainty
o Fosters a positive, inclusive and productive work environment
o Technically proficient with the ability to learn new systems, processes and software
o Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume and diverse workload with rapidly changing priorities while maintaining high quality of work
o Flexible, self-directed and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Undergraduate or master's degree specializing in Business Management, Project Management or Health Care related field PMP certification required
o Change Management certification an asset
o Minimum 5+ years project management experience in a health care/public sector required is required with a proven track record of successfully delivering large- scale complex projects
o Minimum 5+ years' leadership experience managing project team members
o 3+ years of change management experience using best practices and methodologies
o Advanced computer skills using Microsoft applications including but not limited to; PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams and MS Forms
o Demonstrated commitment to the education and profession of project management
o Excellent attendance record
o Valid driver's license and access to vehicle for multi-site hospital travel
