POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Reporting to the Manager of Environmental Services, the Environmental Services Aide will perform a variety of service related activities including office cleaning, public areas cleaning, support service locations and the removal, proper segregation, documentation, and transportation of general/biomedical waste. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the distribution and collection of linen, daily upkeep and maintenance of nursing units including patient rooms, ordering & stocking of housekeeping supplies, and operating cleaning equipment. The incumbent may be responsible for floor restoration, wall washing, curtain changes and isolation cleaning. Shift rotations are subject to change.

QUALIFICATIONS:
o Minimum grade 12 or equivalent
o Previous experience working in an Environmental Services capacity, preferably in a Healthcare setting
o Knowledge of the use of proper body mechanics to meet the physical demands of the job, for prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing/pulling carts
o Knowledge and understanding of WHMIS
o Knowledge and understanding of the PIDAC Environmental Cleaning best practices
o Working knowledge of computers and entering online data i.e. Incident reporting
o Knowledge of the requirements and provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations
o Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
o Flexible, self-directed and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
o Evidence of effective customer service, organizational, interpersonal, judgment and decision-making skills

The RNFA role supports the expansion of the surgical assistant rotations and improves patient safety and outcomes using a team-based model of care. Your Role:

QUALIFICATIONS:

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

As part of the IT Technical Support Team, the Endpoint Technical Analyst primarily supports and maintains the organization's existing infrastructure, while also contributing to key initiatives related to the New South Niagara Hospital site. The Endpoint Technical Analyst's role is responsible for Administration of Microsoft Intune, System Center, & Active Directory. This includes OS & Applications packaging and deployments and Security remediation. Responding to Service Desk incidents by troubleshooting and resolving tasks. This individual also participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures that are consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. This role may take part in on-call rotation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
o Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Entra AD (App deployments, Patching, User administration, Hybrid configurations)
o Strong knowledge of Microsoft System Center Tools such as Configuration & Operations Manager (SCCM, SCOM)
o Strong knowledge of Windows Endpoint management such as OS deployments, Driver updates and Security Patching
o College Diploma in Computer Technology or University Degree in Computer Science and/or 5-10 years equivalent work experience
o Strong experience supporting Windows 11; Microsoft Certifications considered an asset
o Experience supporting Azure infrastructure, hybrid environments, backup systems, and disaster recovery/business continuity
o Additional certifications such as ITIL considered an asset
o Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting infrastructure and hardware solutions
o Demonstrated ability to create and maintain technical documentation
o Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse parties
o Previous Healthcare IT experience considered an asset
o Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
o English/French bilingualism considered an asset

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Personal Support Worker functions as a nursing team member assisting the patients in the Hospital to meet their basic physical, social, and emotional needs, along with any other duties that may be required within the scope of the classification. Shift rotations are subject to change. The successful candidate will be required to do patient transports.

QUALIFICATIONS:
o Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
o Current CPR
o One year experience working as a Personal Support Worker in a healthcare setting
o Demonstrated commitment to patient/client centred care
o Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team
o Evidence of effective customer service, organizational, interpersonal, judgment and decision-making skills
o Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
o Flexible, self-directed and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
o Must be available for all shifts, vacation replacement, sick time and paid holidays
o Consistent and regular attendance required
