Qualifications:

Reporting to the Director of Mental Health & Addictions, the incumbent will provide confidential administrative support, establish and maintain credible and effective working relationships with internal and external contacts, executives, and management team members. Within the role, the incumbent will exercise good judgement and independence in the performance of complex administrative support. This includes attendance at meetings, maintaining electronic calendars, making necessary arrangements for travel and conference registrations, greeting and assisting employees, guests or patients, data entry, the ability to generate and print reports and other communications as required. Additional daily activities will be essential to accommodate evening and early morning meetings. Travel between sites for coverage is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND COMPETENCIES:
o Manages calendars: schedules appointments, meetings, and conferences; coordinates internal and external bookings including meeting space and conference attendance; ensures all appointments are properly coordinated and confirmed
o Prepares memos, letters, presentations, emails, and other communications for internal and external audiences
o Serves as a point of contact for communications (phone, email, mail) and triages inquiries from staff, volunteers, physicians, visitors, and others; provides excellent customer service
o Maintains office supplies and places orders as needed within approved guidelines
o Organizes, develops and maintains digital and physical filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
o Coordinates office mail and courier deliveries and distribution
o Inputs data into relevant systems, tracks deadlines, and maintains accurate records for office activities
o Supports planning and events calendars; assists with special events as needed
o Collaborates with other portfolios/programs to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution
o Demonstrated ability to manage a large, diversified workload with changing priorities and deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS:
o Completion of a Community College Diploma specializing in Office Administration, or equivalent

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, Outpatient Mental Health and Addictions Program (OPMHAP) is looking for a MSW to support our program. The MSW will provide care within a collaborative and inter-professional clinical team environment that reflects recovery/client-centred care principles and values.
The successful applicant will provide support to the outpatient mental health department with the primary responsibilities of: supportive group counseling, education; system navigation; disposition support; follow up and supportive counselling; program and system development; intake and screening assessments; evaluation to ensure clients are referred and connected to the most appropriate program (s); participation in team/department meetings and other duties as prescribed. The successful applicant will facilitate/co-facilitate group counseling sessions, assess mental status, assess/monitor risk status, respond to questions regarding referral and discharge process, provide crisis support, coordinate additional referrals as required and to identify/support the need for further contact and intervention. The successful applicant will utilize various therapeutic modalities based on best practices for individuals living mental health and addictions issues that include skill building, CBT/DBT approaches, trauma and concurrent disorders, motivational interviewing, psycho-education, interpersonal effectiveness and recovery strategies. The successful candidate will be proficient in facilitating Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and a sound working knowledge of Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance Commitment and Trauma-Informed approaches. The successful candidate will provide therapeutic interventions in a group setting with some individual support, as required. In addition, provide support and education to clients and their families affected by mental illness and/or addictions through collaboration with internal and external partners. St Catharines will be the primary site but will group services of day hospital programs at all sites.
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW)
o Registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OSWSSW) in good standing, required
o A minimum of three (3) years related clinical experience in an adult mental health setting working with individuals and families living with complex mental health issues required
o Formal education in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy required with an asset having Motivational Therapy and/or Acceptance Commitment Therapy

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Working to promote nursing excellence, quality patient/client-centred care and high professional standards, the Registered Practical Nurse will provide care through the therapeutic application of skills, knowledge, abilities and nursing standards, while collaborating with other healthcare team members. QUALIFICATIONS:

o Current BCLS certification

o Current medication administration experience within the past two years

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Reporting to Manager, Laboratory, the Laboratory Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to Welland Hospital Site Laboratory and to the Laboratory Medicine program. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the laboratory including coordinating the flow of information, reporting, document preparation, preparing packages for send outs and data entry. The successful candidate will escalate urgent concerns to the appropriate member of the team in a timely manner, always maintain professional correspondence with the interdisciplinary team and support additional tasks and projects as directed by the manager. As a Laboratory Secretary, you must be able to work flexible hours. The successful candidate's home site will be the Welland Site, however travel between sites is required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
o One year recent office administration/ Secretarial experience
o Recent experience in or familiarity with Laboratory Medicine program
o Knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to handle biological specimens
o Excellent working knowledge of Millennium (Cerner), Meditech and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
o Experience with programs such as Sharepoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) and document design an asset
o Demonstrated ability to handle a large and diversified workload with often rapidly changing priorities and challenging deadlines

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Radiation Therapy Department at the Walker Family Cancer Centre (WFCC) is an expanding program that provides state-of-the-art treatment planning, simulation, and treatment for external beam radiation. Our centre has 3 Linear Accelerators and a CT simulator. The radiation therapist works within a multi-disciplinary department team consisting of Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Oncology Nursing, Booking Clerks, Secretaries, and Health Care Aides who collaboratively provide comprehensive patient-centred support to create the best patient experience per the values of Niagara Health. The duties and responsibilities of the Radiation Therapist include administering radiation treatment according to a radiation oncologists' orders for the delivery of radiation planning and treatment, adherence to the College of Medical Radiation Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO) Standards of Practice, documentation of technical and patient related treatment information, integrating reflection, critical thinking, education, and relevant practical experience in problem-solving. The Therapist will take active participation in quality assurance programs and will be required to perform other related duties and activities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Graduate of an accredited Medical Radiation Technology Program in Radiation Therapy
o Current registration with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario in Radiation Therapy M.R.T(T)
o Current CMRITO membership
o Current BCLS certification with ongoing re-certification mandatory
o Radiation Therapist experience of at least 3 years is an asset

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
As part of the IT Technical Support Team, the Technical Analyst will support various aspects of enterprise VOIP Unified Communication, network for seven site, two-organization network. The telecom/network Technical Analyst's role is to perform general system admin duties in a Aruba/HP/Cisco Network environment, contribute to LAN /WAN WLAN software design, architecture, and troubleshooting. This individual also participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Provides a point of escalation as well as mentorship to Service Desk. This role takes part of the on-call rotation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
o College Diploma in Computer Technology or University Degree in Computer Science and/or 5-10 years equivalent work experience
o Strong Knowledge in VOIP Network operations background with CISCO and HP - Routers, Switches
o Knowledge of Cisco VoIP systems including Cisco Call Manager and Unity voice mail systems
o HP ASE, CCNA, or Cisco Collaboration certification preferred
o Other certifications in ITIL, Cisco, HP, Microsoft or equivalent preferred
o Solid understanding of TCP/IP, the OSI model, as well as WAN, LAN technologies, and their role in server deployment (QoS, VLAN, STP, VPN,VRRP, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, ANYCAST)
