We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Development (OD) Consultant to join our dedicated project team. This impactful role reports directly to the Manager, HR Strategy and OD and will support an organization wide central payroll and scheduling software transition project. Our current payroll and staff scheduling platform (Kronos) is scheduled for a significant upgrade that will impact our 7500 team members. Your Role:
Working in alignment with the Project Manager and the Change Management Specialist, the OD Consultant will play a key role in supporting the project deliverables and overall objectives. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the people related aspects and enterprise-wide changes are effectively defined, planned, implemented, monitored and sustained during the implementation phases.
Key responsibilities include:
o Process and Workflow Development: Drives efficiencies through the creation of new processes and workflows required at organizational and department level. Manages the workflow development cycle from concept to implementation to sustainment
o Requirements and Readiness Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments regarding program requirements reflecting the unique needs for affected parties during the discovery stage. Areas of exploration to include learning content requirements, skills transfer needs, resource development, workflow requirement updates, identification of new workflows
o Brand Ambassador and Engagement Cultivation: Serves as a positive force within the environment to help align perceptions across affected parties. Partners with Communications to shape regular updates and serves as one of the project representatives across the organization. Provides insight when socializing changes to help align expectations and outcomes. Looks to create a meaningful transition experience for all affected parties
o Project Contributor: Is a trusted, reliable source and member of the steering and project teams. Contributes to establishing key plans, i.e. change plans, communication plans, learning transfer/education plans, knowledge management planning
o Communication: Supports the project by providing clear and concise updates on change management progress to all levels of the organization. This can include both written and verbal updates to front line staff, leaders or Executive Team
o General support for the project deliverables

Key Skills and Experience
:
o Experience leading and contributing to enterprise projects from an OD perspective
o Advanced consultation skills leading to effective assessment of needs according to respective environment
o Expertise in identifying and addressing inefficiencies in existing workflows and demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing workflows for teams
o Strong relationship building skills
o Insight into key change management practices and various frameworks and tools adapted to organizational needs
o Experience implementing staff payroll and/or scheduling programs or enterprise wide systems is preferred
o Organizational knowledge or experience as it relates to the people culture and change management maturity
o Track record in the application of organizational development tools and methodologies including needs assessment and process and workflow development
o Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
o Demonstrated experience in building strong internal and external partnerships; ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment to reach business objectives
o Highly developed planning, organizational, problem solving, decision-making and time-management skills
o Flexible, self-directed and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
o Adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and procedures with a strong attention to detail
o Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal), including group facilitation and presentation for varied audiences
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Behavioural Sciences, Organizational Development, Human Resources or equivalent
o Five years' related experience, ideally with a large multi-union organization
o Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and report writing software
o Experience with UKG and/or Kronos applications is a strong asset
o Experience in planning, project management, change processes and process improvement methodologies, i.e. Lean Six Sigma principles preferred
o Demonstrated proficiency in adult learning principles and ability to develop, implement and deliver educational programs
o Ability to travel between all NH hospital sites

o Innovation and Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to address organizational challenges and improve processes
o Emotional Intelligence: Proficiency in recognizing and managing one's own emotions and those of others, fostering a positive and productive work environment
o Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant tools and software used in organizational development and project management, such as data analysis tools, workflow management systems, and presentation software
o Interested and Affected Parties Management: Expertise in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with interested and affected parties to ensure their support and involvement in the project
