Your Role:
As a member of the Niagara Health Pharmacy Management Team, the Manager provides strong leadership in the day-to-day operations to meet organizational needs and monitor operational effectiveness through key performance indicators and measures. They will lead initiatives as required and manage and monitor human, financial, and capital resources. Additionally, the Manager will ensure compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists Hospital Pharmacy standards, Accreditation Canada Medication Management Standards along with licensing, professional regulatory, safety standards, and laws. They will align these programs with Niagara Health's strategic plan, relevant legislation, and multi-union collective agreements. This role is based in St. Catharines and involves travel across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
o Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient service delivery
o Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high performance and strong collaboration
o Monitor operational effectiveness using KPIs and uphold all regulatory and accreditation standards
o Develop and manage quality control and quality assurance programs
o Effectively manage human, financial, and capital resources, including budgeting and procurement
o Use financial reporting and analysis to guide data driven decisions and maintain budget adherence
o Collaborate with physicians, clinical team members, and other departments to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support development of service delivery
o Ensure staff training, certification, and compliance with safety standards and emerging technologies

Qualifications:
o Current registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (Part A), in good standing (required)
o Completion of an advanced health-related degree or pharmacy residency preferred
o Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, or equivalent combination of education/training and experience
o Minimum of 5 years continuous full-time previous hospital pharmacy experience required (within the last 8-10 years)
o Demonstrated proficiency in NAPRA Professional Competencies, CSHP standards and guidelines, and OCP Standards of Practice
o Demonstrated understanding of OCP Hospital Pharmacy Assessment Criteria and Accreditation Canada Medication Management Standards required
o Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of quality improvement, program design and evaluation

We are seeking a Junior Decision Support Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Analytics, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for working with Ontario Health to understand the funding formula and collaborating with the Walker Family Cancer Centre (WFCC) systemic and radiation medicine teams to ensure high-quality data submissions that support optimal Ontario Health funding. This includes activities related to Activity Level Reporting (ALR), the provincial dataset that captures patient-level oncology activity for radiation therapy, systemic therapy, and outpatient oncology clinic visits, forming the basis for quality, cost, and performance indicators within the Ontario cancer system. In this capacity, the Junior Decision Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, enhancement, and maintenance of datasets, along with performing regular data audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness. The position will include managing the regular report-running schedule and processes and developing process improvements for accurate data collection and data-management activities, including identifying and correcting data-entry errors and designing workflows to improve data quality in preparation for systemic and radiation therapy submissions.Responsibilities also include coordinating education and training activities. Working closely with WFCC Managers, Enterprise Analytics, Finance, Information Technology, and physicians, this individual will play an integral role in ensuring the accuracy, comprehensiveness, consistency, and validity of collected data.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Surgical Services team delivers highly specialized, compassionate perioperative care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring safety, precision, and excellence throughout the surgical journey. Working to promote nursing excellence and uphold the highest professional standards, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for surgical patients throughout the perioperative continuum. The OR RN works closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate surgical care. The objective of the Registered Nurse is to provide safe and competent care through the application of perioperative nursing knowledge, technical expertise, and sound clinical judgment, while demonstrating professionalism, respect, and a commitment to patient safety. This role requires strong assessment abilities, advanced technical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to maintaining aseptic technique and surgical standards. The successful candidate's home site will be the site listed above and may be required to work at two or more locations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
o Completion of a recognized Perioperative Nursing Certificate from an institution accredited to deliver perioperative nursing education
o Programs must align with Operating Room Nurses Association of Canada (ORNAC) Standards, ensuring competency in sterile technique, safety, and surgical support roles
o Minimum one year of recent clinical experience in an Operating Room (within the past three years)
o Current BCLS certification
o Demonstrated knowledge and skill in physical assessment
o Ability to function effectively as both scrub nurse and circulating nurse, supporting surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interprofessional teams
o Proficiency in maintaining aseptic and sterile technique, preparing surgical instrumentation, and supporting intraoperative patient care
o Strong understanding of safety protocols, surgical workflows, and operating room best practices
o Proficiency with hospital information systems and electronic documentation
o Demonstrates professional integrity and sound judgment with accurate, timely documentation aligned with CNO standards and best practice guidelines

Your Role:
Reporting to the Executive Vice President Clinical Operations, the Director, Mental Health and Addictions provides strategic and professional leadership for the delivery of high quality, evidence-based care using cost-effective and sustainable approaches care in the Mental Health and Addictions program. This regional role oversees services across all Niagara Health sites and requires a proven change leader who partners with patients, families, frontline teams, physician leaders, and senior leadership to advance continuous quality improvement, innovation, and safe care delivery. The Director represents Niagara Health on external committees and collaborates with regional partners to meet and exceed Ontario's provincial standards. POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Reporting to the Manager of Engineering Services, the incumbent works as part of the Engineering Services team to maintain and update the CMMS, Building Asset database, energy and due diligence assurance for Engineering Services throughout the Niagara Health. Travel between all sites of Niagara Health will be required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Certified Engineering Technologist education required, preferably in Facilities Management
o Working knowledge of legislated safety requirements, codes, standards and regulations
