WAGE RANGE: $42.195 TO $47.740
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
As part of the ICT Technical Support Team, the Technical Analyst will support various aspects of enterprise messaging for a seven site, two-organization network. The Unified Communication Technical Analyst's role is responsible for managing various servers and related components to achieve high availability and performance of the various business applications supported. This individual also participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure messaging and mobility provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Provides a point of escalation as well as mentorship to Service Desk. This role takes part of the on-call rotation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
o University degree or 3 Year Community College diploma required
o Minimum 3 years' experience in Unified Communications platforms including Microsoft InTune, O365, MS Exchange, Mobile Iron or equivalent Mobile Device Management Application
o Experience with Vocera voice & secure text messaging platforms would be an asset
o Certifications in MCSA, MCSE & ITIL certification preferred
o Experience working with MS Active Directory & Azure AD
o Experience with the deployment of Mobile assets and dealing with telecom providers.
o Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Access, Word and Excel required.
o Self-starter with ability to self-manage at required service and work performance standards; Able to set high standards for results, and once achieved, able to raise the standards even
higher
o Previous Healthcare Experience would be an asset
o Proven ability to create and maintain procedure documentation
o Actively involved in continuing education opportunities
o Proven ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and to build strong relationships
o Proven analytical skills with an aptitude for process evaluation and problem-solving
o Ability to learn new areas of unfamiliar territory
o Evidence of effective customer service, organizational, interpersonal, communication, leadership, judgement, critical thinking and decision-making skills
o Ability to meet, prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous tasks and deadlines
o Consistent and regular attendance required
o Proven analytical skills with an aptitude for process evaluation and problem-solving
o Ability to learn new areas of unfamiliar territory
o Evidence of effective customer service, organizational, interpersonal, communication, leadership, judgement, critical thinking and decision-making skills
o Ability to meet, prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous tasks and deadlines
