OBJECTIF DU POSTE :
Relevant de la chef du Réseau de traduction, la personne choisie fournira des services de soutien administratif et coordonnera les services de traduction.
EXIGENCES:
o Diplôme d'un programme reconnu en secrétariat ou en administration de bureau ou d'un programme équivalent
o Au moins trois années d'expérience dans un poste administratif
o Excellent sens de l'organisation et capacité de gérer des priorités concurrentes et changeantes ainsi que des échéances serrées
o Flexibilité, autonomie et capacité à travailler avec un minimum de supervision
o Entregent, jugement et bonne capacité de prise de décision
o Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Office, y compris Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint et Publisher
o Connaissance de Microsoft Access (atout)
o Aptitudes solides à la communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais
o Capacité de travailler de façon autonome et au sein d'une équipe

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Reporting to the Translation Network Manager, the incumbent provides administrative support and coordination of translation services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
O Completion of a diploma from a recognized secretarial, office administration or equivalent program.
O A minimum of three years experience in an administrative role.
O Superior organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage rapidly and competing priorities as well as challenging deadlines.
O Flexible, self-directed and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
O Evidence of effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
O Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher
O Knowledge of Microsoft Access is an asset
O Superior written and oral skills in English and French.
O Able to work both independently and as part of a team
O Applies Niagara Health values
O Consistent and regular attendance required
