WAGE RANGE: $44.722 TO $50.599 per hour


POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Niagara Health is entering a time of great opportunity and we are looking for exceptional individuals to be part of our extraordinary team and future that includes a focus on digital health technologies that scale both within and far beyond the traditional walls of the hospital. As a valued member of the ICT Transformation Team, the Project Manager will play a crucial role in delivering transformational projects that will maximize these investments while remaining on time, on scope and on budget. The successful candidate will apply project management knowledge, clinical expertise and interpersonal skills to execute projects to successful completion using our enterprise project management methodologies and tools. Takes part in the Crisis on-call rotation approximately 7 days per 16-week rotation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
o Community College or University degree specializing in business, project management or a health related field
o CAPM or PMP designation required
o Experience in a health care/public sector would be an asset
o Demonstrated 5-10 years progressive and relevant experience in Project Management including project budget management
o Proven ability to communicate project status to various stakeholders related to project execution
o Experience with Microsoft Suite including MS Project and SharePoint
o Accountable to provide expertise surrounding change management and end user adoption
o Ability to estimate development efforts and define activities to support project deliverables and establish milestones which will be continually evaluated and prioritized
o Demonstrated ability to handle a large and diversified workload with often rapidly changing priorities and challenging deadlines
o Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate in a meaningful way
o Ability to exercise independent judgment and take action
o Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem solving abilities
o Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
o Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, coaching and negotiation
o Consistent and regular attendance required
